Meditation Workshop

This is an opportunity to raise our normal consciousness to a sweeter appreciation of the flow of life as we participate in a deep experience of the sacred stillness.  John will lead us in various approaches that help us arrive in the sacred state again and again.  We will explore what Rumi calls "sohbet," the divine dialogue, or communication from within the mystical state.  Following a flute and drum meditation, there will be exploration of the Tao te Ching, Rumi and other mystical sources as we share our experiences with each other.  Workshop Fee:  $20.
