30-Day Affirmation
Program

Use the following affirmations one day at a time for thirty days.
They are progressive, so use them in the order given.
Repeat each day’s affirmation as often as you can, preferably
20-30 times.
Then go through them again for another 30 days!
DAY 1
Today I remember that I am not my body.
I am a spiritual being, a soul, an
expression of God, using my body as an
instrument in the human world.
DAY 2
I am consciousness. I am awareness. I
am
God happening. I have access to all the
Love, all the Power, all the Peace, all the
Joy that God is, because I am an
emanation of God.
DAY 3
I do not live in a scary world on my
own,
but I live and move and have my being in
God. I am safe, protected and divinely guided.
DAY 4
Every day I am finding it easier to accept
myself as a powerful spiritual being having
a human experience. It is not the
experience that's in charge, but the
powerful, poised and confident me!
DAY 5
I trust my God-Self. It is easier and
easier
to make confident, wise choices and decisions.
DAY 6
There are no fear-blocks between my
consciousness and the all-powerful,
confident Mind of God.
I am a clear
channel for Infinite Intelligence and Divine Wisdom.
DAY 7
Today I focus upon the uninterrupted
flow of perfect Life, the Life of God,
through every level,
layer and aspect of my
body, mind and soul.
DAY 8
The "I" of me accepts, embraces,
and
respects my human personality and my
physical body temple as
I carry out that
which is before me to do in my human
experience. The "I" of me is in charge.
DAY 9
I am strong, alert and alive! I accept
and
open to receive the unobstructed flow of
vital Life Energy
into every cell of my body.
DAY 10
My mind is alert, awake, and tuned in
to
the all-knowing Mind of God. I receive all
necessary ideas
in the right way and at the right time.
DAY 11
Today, I remember to calm my impatient
ego-self and allow God's perfect timing to
take place.
Everything is divinely
orchestrated by the Master Mind.
DAY 12
Today I focus on cultivating peace in
every cell of my body, in my mind, and in
my every action.
I allow God's Peace to
cleanse negative energy from the cells of my body.
DAY 13
Today I lighten up. I remember to stop
taking this human life so seriously. I
remember to laugh often.
I see everything
through the eyes of God's delight and sense of humor.
DAY 14
God's Life is my life. There is nothing
to
fear. I am supported by the abundant Life
of an abundant Universe.
DAY 15
Today I release the obstructions of
worry,
anxiety and the many other ways in which
fear disguises itself.
I am abundantly
provided for and powered by God!
DAY 16
Today I shift gears. I lay aside all
critical
judgment and choose to see everything
and everyone through the eyes
of
unconditional love and acceptance.
DAY 17
As critical judgment diminishes, I amp
up
the flow of Divine Love-the greatest
healing power in existence!
DAY 18
As I remember to see the good in all
people and all circumstances, I also see
new possibilities with fresh awareness.
I
see solutions that were, up until now,
blocked by the blinding veil of critical
judgment and fear.
DAY 19
Life is good! I no longer feel the tug
of
cynicism or anger. The flow of God's Love
is increasing and bringing
with it the
creativity and guidance that is leading me
into joy and excitement.
DAY 20
Joy is moving in my heart and mind.
It is
a vital Energy that adds sparkle to my life
and a bounce to my every step.
I am
energized with Joy!
DAY 21
Today I notice how much more I function
with spiritual poise and confidence instead
of doubt and hesitancy.
I am clearer about
what I want to experience and the kind of
feelings I want to feel.
DAY 22
I am noticing the synchronicities, or
God's
clues, that are showing up to guide me, to
prove God's presence
in my life and to
boost my spiritual confidence.
DAY 23
I am more and more confident every day.
This is the day the Lord has made. I
rejoice and am glad in it!
DAY 24
I am a clear and willing channel for
the
flow of Infinite Goodness. I open to
receive divine inspiration,
abundance, and
vibrant health.
DAY 25
Today I think of ways to give away the
peace, love, joy and abundance that is
pouring into my life.
I activate the Law of
Circulation as I participate in both giving and receiving.
DAY 26
Thank you, God, for the blessings, the
confidence, and the motivation to act on
Your guidance.
Your divine impulses are
clear, and I lay aside any temptation to
second guess Your leadings.
DAY 27
I am empowered! Today I take action
on
something I have been procrastinating
about.
I take that action with a deep trust
in my own soul.
DAY 28
Today I revisit what it is that I desire.
I
tweak and enhance that vision this day to
be even more satisfying.
I think about
what it would be like to experience life in that way.
DAY 29
Today I think about the feelings I will
have when I realize the vision for my life,
and I realize that I can have
those feelings
right now. All I have to do is speak my
word. I also know that when I feel those
feelings,
I will more quickly draw my vision to me.
DAY 30
I feel lifted as I realize that I am
giving God
an opportunity to be more of Itself through
me. There are no blocks, interferences,
influences, limitations or attachments
getting in the way of the expression of
God's wholeness through me now!
